The Peer Group Support for Female Business Founders.

Are you a female entrepreneur in Austria in the process of founding your own business? Are you ready to kickstart your sales and marketing activities and learn how to close 1st customers? Our mastermind group is designed specifically for you, offering a supportive peer environment to help you navigate your business's growth and start and make sure you implement and follow through with your goals.

Led by experienced coaches and business owners Josefine Schulze and Desiree Jonek, Managing Partners of WOMENTOR, this mastermind group ensures you have the expert support and encouragement needed to thrive.

Join us and become part of a community dedicated to empowering female entrepreneurs to achieve their full (business) potential! Together, we'll turn challenges into opportunities and pave the way for sustained success.

The program is in cooperation with participants of the ‘Founders Lab – Durchstarterinnen'‘ from the Vienna Business Agency.

GOALS

It’s for you if you …

  • are a female business founder or owner in Austria

  • are in the process of founding your business or have founded not longer than 1-2 years ago

  • are looking for ways to kickstart your business, learning from effective marketing & sales activities from the peer group, as well as to position yourself effectively as a female founder

  • are looking for a peer group for support during the founding & starting phase

  • are dedicated and motivated to commit yourself for the process of business founding and support, and join at least 3/4 group sessions

PROCESS

The program includes …

  • Monthly peer group exchanges | Regularly meet up to 15 fellow female founders for 4 months and exchange, guided by a business coach

  • 4 peer group sessions à 2h, dealing with your current challenges, mutual exchanges and learnings in starting your business

  • Support tailored to your needs: Each session is dedicated to your current challenges (to be submitted beforehand). In one session, we cover between 2-3 challenges, where the group and the experienced coaches provides feedack & support

  • No workshops, no content - but support through a business coach and the peer group

  • Coached by WOMENTOR managing partners and business coach Desiree Jonek-Lustyk and Josefine Schulze

  • Location: to be announced (Vienna)

  • Language: The sessions are held in English (since we often have many international participants)
