The Peer Group Support for Female Business Founders.

Are you a female entrepreneur in Austria in the process of founding your own business? Are you ready to kickstart your sales and marketing activities and learn how to close 1st customers? Our mastermind group is designed specifically for you, offering a supportive peer environment to help you navigate your business's growth and start and make sure you implement and follow through with your goals.

Led by experienced coach and business owner Josefine Schulze, Managing Partners of WOMENTOR, this mastermind group ensures you have the expert support and encouragement needed to thrive.

Join us and become part of a community dedicated to empowering female entrepreneurs to achieve their full (business) potential! Together, we'll turn challenges into opportunities and pave the way for sustained success.

The program is in cooperation with participants of the ‘Founders Lab – Durchstarterinnen'‘ from the Vienna Business Agency.

  • are a FLINTA* business founder or owner

  • have already founded your business and are ready to take the next step in growing it

  • want to strengthen your business model, visibility, marketing, sales, community, finances or leadership as a founder

  • are looking for a trusted peer group to exchange experiences, get honest feedback and learn from other female founders and business owners

  • want to position yourself more clearly, make better strategic decisions and grow your business with more confidence

  • are dedicated and motivated to actively take part in the process, support others in the group and join at least 3 out of 4 group sessions

PROCESS

The program includes …

  • Monthly peer group exchanges | Regularly meet up to 15 fellow female founders for 3 months and exchange, guided by a business coach

  • 4 peer group sessions à 2h, dealing with your current challenges, mutual exchanges and learnings in starting your business

  • Support tailored to your needs: Each session is dedicated to your current challenges (to be submitted beforehand). In one session, we cover between 2-3 challenges, where the group and the experienced coaches provides feedack & support

  • No workshops, no content - but support through a business coach and the peer group

  • Coached by WOMENTOR managing partners and business coach Josefine Schulze

  • Location: Hybrid: Online & in Vienna at Expat Center of the Vienna Business Agency

  • Language: The sessions are held in English (since we often have many international participants)
