JOSEFINE SCHULZE, MSc

official biography

As Managing Partner at WOMENTOR and Consultant for Sustainability & Social Impact Measurement, she leverages a strong academic background in Socioeconomics and Political Science. Her career is defined by a dedicated focus on impact analysis and measurement, pioneering sustainability strategies across sectors. She played a key role in crafting the sustainability strategy at Startup Services within the Vienna Business Agency, driving impactful change in global business practices. She currently lives in Vienna.

Diversity biography

She is a white, heterosexual, 32-year-old woman from a working-class background. She is the first in her family to earn a Master’s degree and secure a managing role. Born in a small village in a now non-existent country, she grew up in poverty, learning resilience and the importance of biodiversity and social community. Fluent in three languages and having lived in five countries, she brings extensive experience to her role in Vienna.


Julia kruselburger, MA BSc

Julia Kruselburger is an entrepreneur working at the intersection of technology, design, and inclusion. As the co-founder of Independo, she brings deep expertise in participatory design (co-design) of digital tools and projects for and with marginalized groups.

Her work is driven by a clear vision: to anchor accessibility and inclusion as fundamental human rights in technology development, rather than as mere afterthoughts. From advising organizations on inclusive communication to developing technologies at Independo, she transforms complex systems into accessible, user-centered solutions.

She is a 28-year-old white woman from a working-class background who grew up in a small village in Salzburg in a loving and supportive family environment. Her parents consistently encouraged and supported her in pursuing her education and following her goals, which gave her the opportunity to move to Vienna and fulfill her dream of undertaking university studies.


lic. Izabella Petrut, M.

official biography

Izabella Petrut is an interdisciplinary artist, award winning designer, and doctoral researcher at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna. Alongside her international artistic practice, represented in museum collections such as the MAK, Museum für angewandte Kunst in Vienna, she brings strong expertise in structural development, operations, and mentoring coordination.

Her professional path spans artistic research, design, office and financial management, and the implementation of digital workflows . At WOMENTOR, she coordinates mentoring programs and strengthens internal structures, translating feminist and intersectional values into sustainable processes and impactful community formats. She currently lives and works in Vienna.

She is a white woman who grew up in Romania in a professional sports environment and pursued her education across Romania, Italy, and Austria. Growing up in a performance-driven context shaped her understanding of discipline, resilience, and ambition from an early age. As a first-generation academic from a loving and supporting family, she navigated multiple educational and cultural systems early on. Living and working across countries and languages, she brings a transnational and intersectional perspective to her work. She speaks Romanian, English, German, and Italian, and is committed to intersectional-feminist, inclusive, and community-driven change.

Desiree Jonek-Lustyk, MSC

official biography

Désirée Jonek-Lustyk is a founder, TEDx speaker and management consultant on diversity and inclusion. She provides strategic support to organisations in the design and effective implementation of an inclusive organisational culture. Since 2019, she has led the Verified Social Enterprise WOMENTOR and designed programs to increase diversity and equality in the workplace. As a trainer, she trains and sensitises managers in the acquisition and implementation of an inclusive leadership style. Previously, she was responsible for global product strategies in the management of a Norwegian media group. She currently resides in Austria.

She is a white, heterosexual, 33-year-old woman from the middle class. She was born in Germany to Silesian parents of the second generation, has worked and lived in five countries, and speaks fluently in three languages.
