FemShip - The future is female

How can we bring leadership and sisterhood together? How do we take ownership of our financial future? How can we increase our social impact without burning out? These are just some of the questions Teach For Austria together with The Sorority explored throughout the THE:Female Lead series this year. Now it's time to reflect on what we've learned and look ahead, because the future is female.

Why struggle alone when we can move the system together? Together, we'll discover how sharing responsibility can strengthen both our communities and our leadership.
