Join WOMENTOR, Teach For Austria, and The Sorority for an interactive edition of THE:Female Lead, dedicated to exploring the power of solidarity among women*.

Rather than seeing one another as competitors, we what to find out what becomes possible when we choose collaboration, mutual support, and collective growth. Together, we'll reflect on the narratives that have shaped how women* relate to each other and discuss practical ways to build stronger, more supportive communities, in our workplaces, networks, and everyday lives.

Women* are expected to be beautiful, quiet, and agreeable, or they won't find a man. As if finding a man were every woman's ultimate life goal, we're encouraged to compete with one another, believing that only the "best" among us deserves success. That's the story the patriarchy has long sold us. But more and more women* are refusing to swallow that bitter pill. Together, we've fought for the right to vote, together we've transformed the world of work, and together we'll continue dismantling patriarchal structures.

Sisters Before Misters* is more than a slogan, it's a call for solidarity. Together with Alexandra Kick from FemForward and Julia Kruselburger WOMENTOR, we'll explore concrete ways to cultivate, strengthen, and sustain solidarity among women*, while creating space for meaningful conversations, shared experiences, and collective action.

This event is open to women* and people who are perceived as women who would like to connect, reflect, and contribute to building stronger, more supportive communities.

Admission is free, but registration via Eventbrite is required.
