ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Isn’t it much easier to reach your goals with the comfort a Peer Group, instead of fighting alone?

In our Peer Group Coaching Program, you will be working together on the challenges you face in your business and private lives. Guided by business coach Désirée Jonek-Lustyk, the group will go through a structured feedback process, to solve your challenges collectively and with the help of your peer group, who has a similar background like yourself.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

For mature entrepreneurs

  • Group size: Limited seats, max. 4 participants per group, similar degree of entrepreneurial maturity

  • Duration: 3 months (1 meet-up / month)

  • Process: 3 meet-ups à 2h, 2 challenges / person (during the whole process)

  • Prerequisites: You should be an entrepreneur since min. 2 years.

  • Typical topics & goals: repositioning, expanding, scaling, or diversifying your business, leadership and delegating, work-life balance, employment…

  • Extra package: Additional work with positive leadership test via TalentCoach

  • Language: German or English possible

  • Start: Q3 2023 (Early September, tbd)
