ABOUT WOMENTOR EN

WOMENTOR was founded in 2019 as a social business and is an established player in the Austrian diversity & inclusion landscape. The company, which has been awarded the 'Verified Social Enterprise' label by the BMAW, is committed to diversity and fair participation in the world of work. In addition to a professional mentoring program with a community of over 1,200 people, programs are offered to support female founders in particular, as well as a focus on applied research and awareness-raising. Guided by the mantra 'Fix the system, not the women', companies are supported in creating a more diverse and inclusive corporate culture. WOMENTOR is led by the dynamic management duo consisting of founder Désirée Jonek-Lustyk (33) and Josefine Schulze (34).

WOMENTOR wurde 2019 als Social Business gegründet und ist eine etablierte Größe in der österreichischen Diversity & Inclusion Landschaft. Das mit dem ‘Verified Social Enterprise’ Label durch das BMAW ausgezeichnete Unternehmen setzt sich für Diversität und faire Teilhabe in der Arbeitswelt ein. Neben einem professionellem Mentoringprogramm mit einer Community von über 1.200 Menschen werden Programme zur Unterstützung von insbesondere Gründerinnen geboten, sowie ein Fokus auf angewandte Forschung und Bewusstseinsbildung gelegt.
