The Peer Group Support for Founders & Entrepreneurs.

Do you want to make a societal impact as a female entrepreneur to solve today’s big challenges? Alternatively, have you been an entrepreneur for maximum two years?

You probably know that the process of founding a business takes a lot of time and energy and requires a reliable network, solid skills and of course resilience and healthy time management in order to make it through this process. 

With only 8% all-female founder teams in the European startup world and about the same amount of female investors, as well as substantial challenges in funding & founding for Social Entrepreneurs, WOMENTOR , supports you as female founder with the Peer Group Mentoring Program for a sustainable and healthy founding process in exchange with other female entrepreneurs.

GOALS

It’s for you if you …

  • are a female founder or early-stage entrepreneur in Austria

  • are either in the process of founding your own business or …

  • have founded your business no longer than two years ago

  • pursue social, ecological or creative impact goals with your business

  • are looking for a peer group for support during your business founding & scaling phase

PROCESS

The program includes …

  • Bi-weekly peer group mentoring | Meet about 20 fellow female founders for a period of 4 months and exchange, guided by a business coach

  • 4 peer group mentoring sessions à 90 min. dealing with your current challenges, mutual exchanges and learnings

  • Support tailored to your needs: Each session is dedicated to your current challenges (to be submitted beforehand)

  • No workshops, no content - but support through a business coach and the peer group

  • Mentored by WOMENTOR founder and business coach Desiree Jonek-Lustyk

  • Hybrid set-up: choose to join online or live

  • Location: tbd (Vienna)
