HOW IT WORKS

We’ll find the perfect mentor for you based on the professional and personal criteria you set, e.g. whether your mentor should be more introverted or extroverted, what industry he/she has worked in and what skills he/she should have.

Step 1 | Sign Up

You sign up as a mentee and create your mentoring account. During your application you define your mentor criteria. You should already have a clear picture what kind of skills you are looking for.

Step 2 | Get Matched

We match you to your individual mentor with our proven WoMentor matching process - a combination of a matching algorithm & hand-picked matching. This takes
4-5 weeks. Once you are matched, you’ll receive a notification and see your mentor’s profile in your login.

Step 3 | Start Mentoring

Reach out to your mentor! You’ll find mentoring content and the WoMentor mentoring & networking events in the app. You’ll be asked for the membership payment after the matching.

PRICING

We offer different membership fees as one-time payment. For every subscription 55€ deposit before the matching process is mandatory. The rest of the payment is due after you are matched with your mentor. Prices are incl. 20% VAT (USt.)

Regular Membership

For working business people, employed or self-employed.

  • — One individual mentor match via our WoMentor matching process

    — Hybrid Kick-Off Event (Vienna + online) with all new mentors and mentees, where you will learn how to make the most of your mentoring year.

    — One year mentoring program, supervised by our Head of Mentoring

    — Access to the WoMentor mentoring app, including mentoring content to cover your mentoring sessions

    — Guided mentoring process throughout the year: With three included events, you get the chance to stick to your goals and reflect on your progress - once with your mentee peer group, and twice with both mentees & mentors

Membership for Founders

€ 690.00 / Year

For people who are currently founding or planning to found a business or become self-employed.

  • — Everything from the regular mentoring membership

    — Individual mentor match with founding experience

    — Content guide for founders: From the ideation process, to testing & validating your business idea, setting up your business plan, planning marketing, sales and finances

Social Fare

€ 55.00 upfront payment | € 435.00 later

For people who cannot afford our regular membership fee and who are currently without fixed income. Please send us an additional motivational letter.

A NOTE

We are aware that investing in your career with mentoring or coaching is a privilege that not every woman can afford.

Therefore, we believe in solidarity: If you are able to afford a mentoring membership, you both fund our social impact and mission, and also a share of a social membership for someone else, who cannot afford it (yet). Please note that the amount of social memberships is limited and you will need to provide an additional motivational letter explaining why you should get the social membership.

NEWS We are currently working on impact cooperations with specific NGOs targeting women* who are disadvantaged by more factors than gender, e.g. also by disabilities, ethnicity, religion, or age.

—> Are you employed? Make sure to ask your employer to cover your mentoring membership for you (as part of your development budget).

Our mentors do not have to meet any specific professional requirements, because we believe that anyone can be a mentor. A good mentor is someone that fits to your specific needs, like skills you want to learn, work experiences you can benefit from or connections to a specific industry you want to enter. When matching, we make sure that the mentor's skills, professional experience and personality traits fit your criteria.
