Rechnungsprüfer:innen

 Wir suchen ab sofort 2 Rechnungsprüfer:innen für den WOMENTOR Verein, die als unabhängige und qualifizierte Personen die jährliche Überprüfung (Rechenschaftsbericht) unserer Einnahmen- und Ausgabenrechnungen übernehmen - spricht die kontrollieren, ob die Gelder des Vereins gemäß der Statuten verwendet wurden.

 *In Österreich muss jeder Verein gemäß § 5 Abs 5 VereinsG 2002 mindestens zwei RechnungsprüferInnen haben. 

 

Was du von uns erhältst für deine Tätigkeit: 

  • Vergütung auf Stundenbasis (ca 8h pro Jahr)

Was sind deine Aufgaben? 

  • Du bekommst von uns alle Dokumente digital, strukturiert und aufbereitet. Es geht um eine formale Überprüfungen und keine Buchhaltung!

  •  Kontrolle der Belege und Rechnungen 

  • [Nachvollziehen der Finanzflüsse (Einnahmen/Ausgaben) im Sinne des Vereinszwecks

  • Überprüfung der ordnungsgemäßen Mitgliedszahlungen 

  • Teilnahme an der jährlichen Generalversammlung und Bericht an die Mitglieder 

FREELANCE

Marketing Manager (all genders)

We are looking for support with our marketing activities - from strategic campaign planning to content production for our different channels. As marketing manager, you help us to reach our business and sales goals, along with the promotion of our impact-driven mission.

Hours/ week:  ~ 6-11h 

Your tasks:

You regularly create content in alignment with our running projects, programs and our strategy. With weekly team jour fixes we make sure to enable a close collaboration. Your tasks would be:

  • Ongoing content planning & scheduling (weekly)

  • Content production for Social Media: Text, visuals, infographics (weekly)

  • Newsletter creation (irregularly)

  • Campaign planning for our signature mentoring program (2 x year)

  • Channels:  LinkedIn, Instagram, Newsletter

  • Knowledge of tools & software: G-Suite (Google sheets, Drive, Hangout, Calendar etc.), Canva, Planoly, Squarespace, Mailchimp

Your profil: We are looking for a creative mind eager to promote content in the fields of diversity, equity, inclusion and sustainability or social impact. Proficiency in German and English is needed.
